RATES:

• The above rates are strictly valid for FIT/GIT bookings
• These rates are automatically supersedes any previous rates
• Advance reservation is required subject to room availability
• Room Rate is applicable for Single / Double Occupancy in a room
• Rates published on the Internet Must Not Lower than Internet Minimum Selling Rate
• The above US$ rates are valid for World Wide Market and Rupiah Rate are valid for Domestic & Kims/Kita’s Holder
• Contract Rates are based on per room per night inclusive of 21% government tax & service charge

FAMILY PLAN:

• Meals 50% off from the adult price for children under 12 years old
• Breakfast only is Free of charge for children under 3 years old.
• No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing same room with parents and using the existing bedding (exclude breakfast).

CHECK IN / OUT PROCEDURES:

• Check in time is from 14.00 hours and check out time is on 12.00 hours noon
• Extension of Check-out until 18.00 hours issubject to space availability and will be charged 50% off from net room rate & Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge at contracted rate.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW:

• Should a cancellation be received less than 7 days of the schedule arrival date in normal season or 14 days during High and Peak Season or should a reservation result in a ‘”No Show”, a penalty of one night room rate contracted will be applied to your account
• Should the guest depart earlier than their reservation, a minimum penalty fee of 50% of the rest reservation will be charged to your account.

PAYMENT SET – UP:

• One night non refundable deposit is required the latest by 30 days for High & Peak Season prior to the arrival date while balance payment should be settled to the hotel the latest by 14 days prior to arrival.
